Calibrachoa (Calibrachoa)

Color Name: Superbells® Doublette Love Swept™
An absolute stunner for the garden! Superbells® Doublette Love Swept has gorgeous deep pink flowers that are rimmed in white. The white edging really makes the double flowers standout and gives them even more dimension. This low maintenance plant is perfect for cascading down the sides of window boxes, containers, or hanging baskets.
Superbells®are award winning calibrachoas from Proven Winners. They are covered with hundreds of flowers from early spring all the way through those first light frosts. Just 6 - 10 inches tall, their long, long, trailing branches cascade over the sides of hanging baskets and other containers, and spread over flower beds. Hummingbirds are cuckoo about them!
Superbells® display vigor, heat tolerance and resistance to disease. You don't have to deadhead old flowers or pinch back stems. Water only
when the top of the soil feels dry.
Growing Tips: To keep your calibrachoas happy and healthy plant them in full sun (6 hours or more) and be careful not to overwater them. Calibrachoa do not like "wet feet." If you notice your calibrachoas are wilting even when the soil is damp, chances are it is root rot. Water when the soil on top feels dry to the touch. If you tuck them into garden beds instead of pots, make sure the soil is well drained. No need to deadhead blossoms because these adorable plants are self-cleaning! Don't let these tiny flowers fool you! They are heavy feeders and appreciate being feed with a water soluble fertilizer. We suggest fertilizing every two weeks during the hot summer months of June, July and August with Maxsea, which you can purchase at Zehr's. Don't hesitate to prune and shape your calibrachoa as this will only help to promote new growth.
