Euphorbia (Euphorbia)

Color Name: Euphoric White
A euphorbia that will take your breath away! Euphoric White is compact and dense. It features wispy white flowers and deep green foliage. Breathless White is a long blooming annual that can grow with the most vigorous of varieties such as petunias, creating stunning basket and container gardens. This heat and drought tolerant plant can create a dense 10-15 inch tall mound of color that reaches up to 24 inches wide. Great as a cut flower for floral arrangements, planted in a mass, as a border, or in container designs.
Growing Tips: Euphoric White might look delicate and frilly, but nothing could be further from the truth. Euphoric White is actually pretty much tough as nails. While she does best in sun or part sun conditions, she does surprisingly well in shady conditions also. As you might suspect she is great in mixed containers and containers by herself, but don't discount her excellent performance when planted in the landscape. She needs little to no supplemental water and is extremely heat tolerant. She doesn't need to be deadheaded and shouldn't need much in the way of fertilizer either-she's a very self-sufficient gal. While you shouldn't need to trim her back, you can trim her back at anytime and she will just keep doing her thing.
When planting in containers, hanging baskets and window boxes, we recommend using our potting soil which is specially formulated for our plants. An application of a time release fertilizer at the time of planting will help to ensure the best possible performance. Zehr's Osmocote blend is perfect for the job. We also suggest fertilizing every two weeks during the hot summer months of June, July and August with Maxsea, which you can purchase at Zehr's. Begonias, Impatiens and most plants grown for foliage normally do not need as much fertilizer.
